This spacious villa has been carefully restored to its former glory, boosting modern amenities whilst retaining the charm and character of the original building.

The villa is one of the most impressive and spectacular holiday properties for rent in the Margate area and offers 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 guests. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are tastefully decorated. The impressive master tower suite has over 40m2 of living space and provides its own mini bar, large walk-in shower and an oversized bathtub. This room also sleeps up to 4 guests.

Villa Colinas is based on self-catering and is only rented out for one group at a time, meaning that you will have the entire Villa booked privately for your group only. Villa Colinas comes staffed with housekeeping to refresh the house every morning as well as a night security guard.

There are various options at an extra cost, to customise your stay. From daily breakfast, to lunches and evening dinners such as braais and pizza nights, to fun filled and adventurous guided activities on the premises to a private chef that can assist you with the cooking during the stay.
